RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that shopping online can be tricky. We know that it can raise a whole lot of questions such as how it’ll look, how it’ll fit, how the fabrics may feel…. We want to assist in your confidence to purchase, so we have created a simple and easy free return process for eligible returns.
Can I make a return?
Yes! If your item doesn't fit or you are dissatisfied with the selected style, we can exchange it for you, issue you a credit note or refund you (this is excluding all underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, swimwear one pieces and bodysuits).
Due to health regulations, you strictly cannot return bottoms or one pieces for any reason. Please check our size guide and choose carefully. Bottoms sent back to us will be returned to the customer.
Garments that are returned for exchange or refund must be in original condition, unworn, with swing tags and stickers still in place. Garments that have been worn, have makeup marks or perfume and or are missing original packaging tags cannot be returned.
If you purchased your item on sale, you can return for a size exchange (if the size is available) or an online store credit note, however no refunds on sale items. Sale items include items that are discounted online and sales where discount codes have been used. Purchases with the 15% first time sign-up codes do not count as sale items.
How to request an exchange / credit note / refund?
If your item is faulty, damaged or you would like to request an exchange, credit note or refund please email us at info@elleintimates.com.au quoting your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Upon receipt of the request, we will check to see if your item is eligible to be returned. If it is, we will notify you of the approval and provide further information for the return via email.
For refunds/exchanges requested due to having received faulty/damaged garments, upon receipt of the returned garments, we will assess the products and will then let you know of the outcome via email. If the garment is deemed as faulty/damaged, we will refund the customer or exchange the item as per the customer’s request.
For refunds/exchanges requested due to having purchased the wrong size or style, upon receipt of the returned garments, we will check that garments are returned unworn, undamaged and with their original packaging tags. We will then let you know of the outcome via email. If the garment is returned in its original form, we will refund the customer or exchange the garment as per the customer’s request.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do! Get in touch with us at info@elleintimates.com.au and we will issue you s return label. For exchanges, we will also cover the cost of the item shipped back to you.
Can I return underwear, bodysuits or swimwear bottoms?
No. Due to health regulations you strictly cannot return underwear, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits or one piece swimwear. We encourage you to check our size guides prior to purchase. Bottoms returned to us will have to be sent back to the customer.
Can I return only a bra or bralette purchased in a set?
Yes! That's fine. Just send back the top and once received we can either swap the size for you or refund the difference.
How long do I have to return it by?
You must return an item from your date of receiving it within 14 days for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. This includes transit time back to us. Please email us directly with any questions to info@elleintimates.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
