Wrong Order Details:

If any information on your order is incorrect we can attempt to amend this before your order is dispatched. Please contact us at info@elleintimates.com.au and we will attempt to intercept.

If a delivery is unsuccessful the package will be returned to within 10 business days. Once received back to us we can then re-ship your order to the correct address.

Express Delivery:

Please note that Express Australia Post operate between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee and can take up to 5 days to be delivered.

Order Cut-Off Time

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it has been placed. Generally, if you place an order before 2pm, it will be sent that afternoon. During busy sale periods, order processing time can be between 24 hours.

Track My Order

If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘Account’ section of the ELLE Intimates website. Alternatively, you can track your order directly using the tracking link that was sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking link, please email us.

All orders that have been shipped can be tracked here also on the Australia Post Official website:  https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track

If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to.

Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

International Delivery - New Zealand Only

For International orders, we use a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, which means you pay an ex-tax price at the checkout and are subject to any relevant local duties and taxes once the parcel arrives at your country. 

As ELLE Intimates do not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit none of our international packages are dispatched with Signature required. We do not recommend checking out and leaving a comment to leave it somewhere safe without signing for it. We recommend to have it delivered to your work instead.
